Several times a year, Kitchen Conservatory offers The Basics of Cooking, a four-part introductory hands-on class focusing on simple techniques for easily cooking homemade dinners taught by Barb Nack, the Director of our Cooking School. One of Barb’s students, Kelly Oliva (a school librarian), wrote a blog connecting her experience to a young adult book.
