This is the best fresh garlic you can buy in St. Louis. It’s of the Hardneck variety, which has fewer, larger cloves than Softnecks. The Coris’ crop — Anne says this year’s is the best ever — looks like garlic on steroids. The flavor is equally as robust as the size.”
