The Fall 2009 Cooking Class Schedule at Kitchen Conservatory is now available with 200 new classes. Sign up now for the opportunity to see some fabulous chefs cook delicious food. Our cooking classes feature the skill, art, and performance of incredibly talented chefs. These classes are not factory-produced commodities, but artists who create before your eyes a memorable taste experience. Here are some highlights:

Chef of the year Gerard Craft of Niche cooking with farmer Justin Leszcz on September 10.

Kirk Warner responds to budgetary constraints in “Beef up the Budget” on September 3 and “Frugal Fishing” on September 29 (soon to be highlighted by the Wall Street Journal).

Spanish tapas returns with the return of David Molina of BARcelona on September 29.

Learn how to make cheese with Neville McNaughton on October 1.

Take a look at the brand-new Terrace View with Chris Bork on October 11.

Feast on dry-aged and Kobe beef cuts with Steve Caravelli of Sleek Steakhouse on October 15.

Learn how to make charcuterie with Joshua Galliano of Monarch on October 19.

The comedy duo of Wes Johnson and Brendan Noonan of Eclipse return to cook and entertain on October 26.

Eliott Harris of Miso on Meramec pushes the sushi envelope on November 2.
