The St. Louis Post-Dispatch Let’s Eat section today has a wonderful feature on Maria Sakellariou, who teaches Greek cooking classes at Kitchen Conservatory. Maria’s next classes are on September 13, October 25, and November 22. I am ever grateful to Maria for teaching me how to make Greek yogurt and homemade phyllo dough.
