  • Gian Nicola Colucci, born in Turin, Italy, taught at Kitchen Conservatory from May, 2016 until December, 2017 when he took a position in Toronto. We are delighted to have him back in the St. Louis area, and will be teaching three classes with us this Spring:

  • Tim Kutterer shares his talents for both sweet and savory classes. Tim is a master with macarons, and has some great Date Night classes:
