NOVEL CUISINE: It’s the book club for food lovers and a monthly series at Kitchen Conservatory
This month’s book is Insatiable: Tales from a Life of Delicious Excess by Gael Greene. Author Gael Greene is over the top, but deliciously so. This restaurant critic from New York magazine reveals recipes and lovers (Elvis!) in an exuberant and tasty memoir. We’ll spend a delightful afternoon discussing Green’s memoir that inspires a menu of corn soup with scallops, mushroom strudel, Danish meat loaf with macaroni and cheese, and orange cake.
