So for my first post, there is a lot of pressure to be witty, concise, and thoughtful. I have many ideas but decided to go with something simple and straightforward: an unabashed plug for my class on cheesecake on Tuesday, May 29th. The class is about how to master the technique of the cheesecake — or for that matter the custard, which includes flan, creme brulee, pumpkin pie, and pecan pie.
