  • A huge welcome back to Barb Nack, who spent 16 years as the Cooking School Director, and retired in early 2020. Barb is back to teach her popular updated 4-part series, Back to Basics, starting on January 6. This class is designed for everyone from college students and newlyweds, to busy parents and retired seniors.

  • The talented Lydia Gwin brings fresh ideas and a lot of enthusiasm in all of her classes, and has become one of our cherished go-to teachers! Lydia’s many classes include baking, entertaining, Heir and a Parent, Girls’ Night Out, and a new cookbook series, Off the Shelf. Lydia is teaching both hands-on and demonstration classes.

  • Cari Burke, a kitchen assistant, will be teaching pretzel classes, sourdough bread classes, and an air fryer class.
  • Paula Ochoa, a kitchen assistant, will be teaching authentic classes from her native Argentina.
