Now all of her secrets are revealed in this alluring cookbook! Helen will personally sign the cookbooks and share samples of her most requested tarts. Helen Fletcher is the pastry chef at Tony’s Restaurant and teaches delectable cooking classes at Kitchen Conservatory every month. Her upcoming classes are:
