Mastering the Art of Cooking is a 5-day, 30-hour class next offered Monday through Friday, May 2 to 6, 10 am to 4 pm. This comprehensive participation class covers a wide variety of delicious cuisines: French, Italian, Latin, American, and Asian. A few spaces are still available in this very limited-size class! Mastering is a stay-cation cooking school that will expand your repertoire and change how you cook.
