Shoo away the winter doldrums and warm up with a cooking class! Our spring schedule is now posted online and features 175 new classes. Highlights include the long-awaited return of several of our favorite chefs: Jim Fiala of The Crossing, Ivy Magruder of Vin de Set, Paul Jacobsen of Morton’s, Vince Bommarito, jr of Tony’s, and Kerri Schewe of Whipt Cream.

Please give a hearty welcome to several new, exciting chefs on our schedule. Amy Zupanci (April 20) has created quite a stir with her new restaurant, Fond. Matthew Templeton (April 22) is cooking perfectly delicious French food at Chez Leon. Matthew Lyon (April 26) of Wolfgang Puck’s has a wonderful Asian menu. At Revival, Chris Bork (May 11) is manning the stoves and making gnocchi with homemade ricotta.

By popular demand, we have more Date Night for Couples. Some of the new themes are Tapas Tango, Crab Fest, Rockin’ Asian, Porterhouse for Two, From Beer to Sushi Eternity, and Japanese Steakhouse for Two. Yes, the two most popular Date Nights — Tuscany for Two and Margarita Madness — are still available.

Best class title of the schedule goes to “Feta Attraction” on April 24 starring Maria Sakellariou with a menu featuring our favorite Greek cheese!
