Kitchen Conservatory is fortunate to have on staff Marla Scissors, who creates fabulous desserts and sweets. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America pastry program, Marla created the delicious pastries at Companion Baking, where she worked for over seven years. Now she teaches dessert classes at Kitchen Conservatory. Don’t miss cheesecakes on May 29, French cookies on July 26, and layer cakes on August 11.
