Diana Kennedy, the foremost authority on Mexican cuisine is coming to teach a cooking class at Kitchen Conservatory! Don’t miss this rare opportunity to meet a world-famous chef and cookbook author who offers a wealth of food knowledge. She has lived in Mexico for fifty years studying the regional cuisines of Mexico and has published many cookbooks. She has taught cooking classes for over thirty years and currently lives in a traditional adobe home.
One of her best cookbooks, The Art of Mexican Cooking, has just been reissued after years of being out of print. She will demonstrate recipes from that cookbook, including chicken mole verde, nopales-avocado salad, and vermicelli soup on Thursday, April 17 from 6:30 to 9 pm. Register now.
