We have an abundance of exciting classes in the next few months! We hope to see you in our kitchen.

We are giving a warm welcome back to chef Bill Cardwell, who is teaching a class with City Seafood in November. His class sold out quickly! We hope he returns in 2027, and we are happy to notify you when he returns!

  • Melandie Tuckson, of Ann’s Roots Microgreens Farm, for an exciting hands-on class — January 16

Our annual holiday classes are now available!

  • Thanksgiving: I’ll Take Pie – bring 3 pie plates to bake pies for Thanksgiving dinner — November 25 — two classes offered
  • My First Thanksgiving — November 1
  • Christmas Cookie Decorating — 11 classes from November 8 through December 14
  • Gingerbread Houses — 5 adult classes and 3 classes for children, ages 7 to 11

We have a great pairing of sommeliers and teachers for splendid wine pairing classes:

  • September 25: Fork and Cork – West Coast with Mickey Kitterman and Jason Main, owner of The Wine Merchant
  • September 29: Thai’m Out with a Great Pair with Camilla Fuller and Bear Reisinger
  • October 5: We Heard It Through the Grapevine: Wines of Greece with Beth Hoeltke and Aaron Sherman, owner of Grapevine Wine and Spirits
  • November 12: Wine Pairings are Pour Decisions with Lydia Gwin and Stanley Browne, owner of Cellar & Table
  • January 24: Wine and Dine with the Dales with Zach and Kelcey Dale

Join us for some some adventurous classes!

  • Sip-By-Sip Tea Experience on October 15 with one of the country’s leading tea educators, Kristina Tucker, of The Republic of Tea
  • Auld Lang Dine: The Midnight Kitchen Party from 10 pm to 12:30 am on New Year’s Eve. Ring in the New Year with us with food, noisemakers and lots of fun. No alcohol will be served, but there will be some non-alcoholic beer and wine, plus a mocktail.
  • Come take beginner Mah Jonng lessons with the lovely ladies of Mahj with a Twist, and when you are ready, join us for monthly Mah Jongg Open Play
