By popular demand, another sauce class has been added to the Spring Schedule: “Simple Sauces” on Wednesday, May 30 from 6 to 8:30 pm. Learn how to quickly prepare delicious sauces that are sure to impress discriminating palates. This class will participate in making watercress vinaigrette on fresh tomatoes, tarragon-caper beurre blanc on seared scallops with a bed of spinach, remoulade tuna salad, smoked flank steak with a yogurt-ginger-lime sauce, mint paloise on fresh green peas (from the garden!), and fresh berries with vanilla bean creme anglaise. It’s okay to lick the plates!
