Ever had the desire to take a week of vacation and go to cooking school? Now you can do it without buying a plane ticket. Please join us for Mastering the Art of Cooking on Monday, January 19 for five fun days of cooking. The class will meet from 10 am to 4 pm and each day will participate and learn to cook two full gourmet meals. You name it and we’ll cook it!
Some of the dishes will include shellfish bisque, souffle, homemade pasta, gumbo, curry, classic sauces, pie, and custard. Learn how to cook the foods that you love. Go around the world through your stomach as the class explores French, Italian, Latin, Asian, and American cuisines.
