Indian street food, chef-style
Chef Adam Lambay loves to share his native Indian cuisine and this class will certainly enjoy a flavorful array of skewered appetizers. Enjoy lamb shami wrapped in chapati and served as true Indian street food – in parchment, tandoori shrimp, and rashimi – a wonderful coriander-cilantro-ajowan chicken dish. Adam will also demonstrate pakoras – deep-fried fall squash and turkey served with cranberry chutney.
